Building use agreement *

FEES: After agreeing and submitting this form, an SHCC staff member will contact you to approve your event and review any fees. CLEANING: Cleaning is the responsibility of those using the facility. Cleaning involves: • Remove all decorations and everything brought to the facility for your event. • Leave kitchen area clean, remove all food from refrigerator, wipe off all counters, appliances, and turn off all equipment. • Vacuum floors (vacuum cleaners provided) • Please immediately report any damage or non-functioning items to the office. • Return tables and chairs to original location. ADDITIONAL NOTES: • For private one time use the facility will be approved by SHCC staff to ensure no calendar conflicts. • For ongoing facility use the church activities are approved by staff and notification to the elders. • All funds for use of building will be turning into the church office prior to the event. • SHCC supervision at the discretion of the church staff or Elders. • There is no tobacco, cannabis, or alcohol use permitted and the only dancing permitted is for the traditional wedding reception dancing. • All activities must follow moral guidelines outlined in the Bible.
